We also specialize in computer security. A consultation will be needed to assess your network.

Silver Plan

  • $40 per PC monthly
    • 1hr of support per PC (Hardware, operating system, Antivirus) can be onsite or remote. Type of service required will be determined by the engineer.
  • $150 per Server monthly
    • 1hr of server support including OS, Antivirus, hardware change out (As long as covered by manufacture)

This plan will not cover any nonstandard applications (Billing, EMR, etc unless installed by us)

Included in this plan is a Cisco router with VPN connectivity to our network operations center as well as remote access. We will provide basic monitoring of key equipment for up/down status and basic SNMP mibs.

This plan includes a 4 hour response either by phone or onsite. Hours may be pooled together but expire at the end of each month. I.e. If 5 PC’s are booked the customer gets 5 hours total across the board. We understand that some PC’s will require more support than others. The hours however will not carry over to the next month they will reset.

There is a onetime assessment/installation fee of $1,200 but will include network inventory, network diagram, and asset list with serial and model #’s of equipment. If hardware is determined to be the issue the customer is responsible for the replacement of parts, we will install them under their contract hours.

Additional hours are as follows:

  • Remote additional hours are $40 per PC.
  • Onsite additional hours are $75 per PC.

Gold Plan

  • $60 per PC monthly
    • 2 hours of support per PC (Hardware, operating system, Antivirus) can be onsite or remote. Type of service will be determined by an engineer.
  • $150 per Server monthly
    • 1hr of server support including OS, Antivirus, hardware change out (As long as covered by manufacture)
